- No cancellation will be allowed after a mock test has been started or completed.

- Approved cancellations will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
3. Non-Cancellable Items
- Free trials or promotional offers.
- Mock tests that have been started or completed.
- Internet or technical issues on the user’s end.
